Private villa with spacious, beautiful pool area - Sleeps 12 people. A roomy traditional 18th century gîte in the Bordeaux wine district. The idyllic setting, convenient location and flexibility of self-catering make for a pleasantly relaxed holiday experience. The house consists of two parts, the main house with four bedrooms and the gîte with two bedrooms. Both living spaces have their own fully equipped kitchen and living room.

The property has enclosed private parking, a beautiful garden and a private pool. Enjoy the relaxed pace of life here in Pujols, or venture further out to Bordeaux, Castillon-la-Bataille, the medieval town of Saint-Emilion or the Arcachon Bay.

MAIN HOUSE
Living room with a comfy sofa, a TV with Blu-ray player and PS2, and a cabinet filled with DVDs and books. Sliding doors lead to the outdoor dining area and pool. A roomy rustic farmhouse kitchen with a table for six, equipped with an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all basic kitchen items.
The dining room is exquisitely furnished with a fireplace and a table for eight. Sliding doors lead to an enclosed veranda.

UPPER FLOOR

GÎTE
The ground floor has been completely renovated in 2019. The gîte comprises of a fully equipped kitchen and a dining/living room area. French doors open out to the patio. Bedroom on ground floor with double bed, air conditioning and French doors that open out to the patio. En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Bathroom 2 with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink - Bedroom on the upper floor with double bed and single bed; air conditioning.

THE OUTSIDE SPACE
The Garden: A blissful sanctuary! Completely enclosed and measuring 3700 m² (40,000 ft²), it features numerous trees including several fruit trees. You are welcome to pick from the herb garden to enhance your cooking or pick ripe fruit from the trees when in season.

Private pool: A new pool was built in 2022 and the pool area was completely renovated. The pool has a saltwater system, a fully automated system that converts salt into chlorine, which is gentler to the skin than a traditional chlorine pool. The pool is not heated but has a temperature of around 20-28°C in the summertime.

The private driveway provides ample secure parking on the property. It has electric gates which open with a remote control and there is a dedicated 22kW EV charger.
